This certification, compulsory for all training organizations since January 1, 2022, attests to the quality of the process implemented for our training services, and thus meets the requirements of the national quality reference framework (32 indicators). All training organizations will be required to demonstrate that they have obtained this certification in order to benefit from public or mutualized funds.
Air France is Qualiopi certified and therefore meets these requirements.

Yes, all our courses are given in French and English.
Yes, the prerequisites are mandatory for initial and refresher dangerous goods training. Without validation of these prerequisites, you will not be able to take the course. The duration of this prerequisite is approximately 1h30.
Dangerous goods and palletization certifications are valid for 2 years. Live animal certification is valid for 3 years.
So, to take a refresher course, you need to hold a certificate that has expired within 3 months of its expiry date.
